e-mails

when I connect to download e-mails on dial up, all previous mails already
recieved come through again. these are still shown as being ready to be
downloaded each time I send and recieve

Try this,
Tools
Services
Select your service and click the Properties button
Advanced tap
Under Delivery uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on server"

tried to find this but couldn't went on help and it started to point at the
firewall so i disabled the firewall and got the e-mails thanks anyway
