E-mail wireless vs. hardline

I have a laptop with internal modem. never had problem sending or recieving
wireless with internal modem, or hardlined into an external modm. Just
recently hardline still works fine, however wireless is off line when I open
my e-mail. But if i hit send/recieve it goes on line, sends and recieves, and
then goes back off line. It works but I have to continualy hit send/recieve
to see if i have recieved any new e-mails. Also any e-mail I create I have to
do the same. But plugged in hardline it works fine.
Did a setting change? If so is ther an easy fix beside reinstalling the
program?

what type of account?
go into the account settings, more settings - do you have it set to use any
connection or just the hardwire?

Reinstalling Outlook won't fix this. I think you have something in your
wireless setup that's incorrectly specified.

it is a company owned laptop, "I" havent changed anything, out IT says they
didn't do anything, but they will reinstall, but the other guys laptops that
get worked of n are alwasy missing something when they get it back, so I'm
trying to findout if anyone has herd of this problem.
