Form will not throw email

I created a form in FrontPage2002 to send results via email. I get an
Error#160002 which tells me that I do not have anything on my Internet server
to throw email. I can't connect to our domain email server because it's
behind a firewall. I guess I need to install some kind of email service on
my Internet server; Windows server 2000 runnnig IIS. Does Win2000 server
come with something to throw email? Do I have to purchase Exchange server?
How hard is it to setup? Any other issues about having an email server on my
Internet server (performance, virus) Thanks!

Windows 2000 Server comes with SMTP, you may need to post to the Windows Server newsgroup with help
in setting it up, and the FP extensions newsgroup to help configure FP to use it.
