Good. Others do and that's all that maters. Now, new people to this thread
will decide for themselves.

I like how you completely dogged the entire post.

Whenever you get slammed you just move on. How sad.

Maybe you'd like to try again?

Someone else answered the question you claimed had a false assumption.
How is it they could (with no problem at all) and you couldn't?

We already know the answer but it would be nice to hear it from you.

I'll take that as a "no".

Oh, I'm sorry, am I not responding fast enough for you? I already answered
your joke of a post. You know nothing of ROI.

You answered it by avoiding it, by clearly showing that you don't
actually have a clue and that you're just here trolling.

There is nothing to answer. Anyone that knows anything about determining
ROI for a software package and applying it to business processes knows
exactly what I'm talking about.

I have nothing to worry about. Those that read it know what a fool you are.
You are trying to force the issue to something hardware specific because
that's all you know.

If you actually had some experience in the medical apps field you would
have no trouble with the information I gave you - you could have picked
any app that you are familiar with as your example, you could have
picked anything to help make your case.

Fact is that you can't think, you have proven you don't know how to
calculate ROI or even the factors that go into it.

Keep avoiding the question, it really shows what you know and what your
real intent in this group is.

What? Damn dude, at least I admitted you got me on the "spoke" thing. You
can't admit that my feet don't move for you?

That's just wrong.

Oh yeah...dodge again!

J

Justin

I answered your post. Why do you feel the need for this double thread?

Once you told me the RULES, that I could make anything up, it was easy!

You are so fixated on existing apps not being faster in Vista thus there can
be no ROI.

What needs to be said to you, to get you to realize how idiotic that is?

OPEN YOUR MIND!

There is more to Vista then existing apps running faster.

Since we're all legal here (***cough***cough***) then I have to assume you
just called everyone in this group a lemming?

Hum....interesting.
What I trying to say was that a lot of people will continue to use
Microsoft products irregardless of other viable options. I was
referring to the general population and not to this group.
I hate to see a big company take advantage of people as many
people simply aren't computer savvy and get trapped into the
technology with which they are currently comfortable.

I'm not a Linux fanatic. I run a mix of XP pro, Ubuntu and Suse.
I liked XP and I really think that Microsoft should have continued
development of this product or at least produced another service pack.
I think Vista should have been developed further for at least another
year before being released to the public.

Sorry for my poor "lemming" analogy.

He's lying. He didn't install Ubuntu.

If anyone finds they don't have driver support for Ubuntu then the only
logical conclusion is they're lying?

Nice, no wonder everyone thinks you're a total ass. You can't be taken
seriously.

This is top reason people hate Linux a-holes and Linux in general.

Because YOU were the one that was asked. YOU were the one that was
challenged.

YOU are the one that has failed your debate.

I notice you still haven't answered the question.

Well, yeah. But people do have other viable options. I know a few people
that switched from PC to Mac. More and more apple stores open up monthly.
But then again I more then a few Mac graphic artists that use PC at home.

It's a crazy crazy world!

Well, SP3 is being worked on.
I think Vista should have been developed further for at least another
year before being released to the public.

Agreed!
