error message on first startup

I get the following message upon first start up of the program
Runtime error

Program: C:\PROGRA~\MICROS~2\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way,
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I then click on OK and the application shuts down. I then click on the
desktop icon and it opens up OK.
