Outlook 2002

I just upgraded my office version.
When I trigger the
Outlook Icon, I am shown a window that says:
"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. Could not open them. Try again."
I am then asked:
"Would you like to open your default file system folder instead?" Y/N.
If I choose No Outlook closes, If I choose Yes, I get this error report:
"Runtime error!

Program: c:\progra~1\micros~2\Office10\outlook.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information."

I then click ok, and outlook closes. Please help.

Sounds like your mail profile is not properly referencing your PST. Try
starting with a new mail profile, pointing it at the PST you were using in
the prior version.
