Drag and drop won't work.

After reinstalling Windows XP-Pro ('repair,' not complete), I am unable to
drag files from on location to another within Windows Explorer. When I try,
Windows Installer comes on and wants to install Roxio Easy Media Creator.
Installation hangs when Installer can't find a source at: J:\R\ROXIO 7\ to
install from. Where is this? I don't have a 'J' drive. It's impossible to
clear this Windows Installer utility without a power-off shutdown. What now?

This was fixed by downloading, installing and running the utility from
Microsoft called Windows Installer Cleanup. That took care of the box that
kept popping up, but did corrput the Roxio installation. Just in case anyone
cares.
