device recognition

Hi, i just installed XP professional and for some reason its not recognising my modem or my sound card yet there working perfectly on win 98, my modem is an Intel 56k internal, and the sound card is a REAL hollywood ***(sorry cant remeber the name right now) are they to old for it or something ? If you know how to fix this, please e-mail me, i'd really appreciate it

Please check manuf. web site for Win XP drivers for your unrecognized devices.
You will probably need to open your box and get Model Numbers from the devices.

I got it working alright in the end, but thanks for the help anyway r, i appreciate it
