cannot receive fax

I am trying to use Windows 2000 professional to receive
faxes and send them to an Epson Stylus Photo 785epx
printer. I have done this on a Windows XP home with no
problems. I have configured to send and receive. I have
it set to print to the printer after received. The status
monitor shows "ready to receive." When fax comes in it
changes to "ringing" for a moment, then returns to "ready
to receive" without printing. The sender get a message "no
answer." Do you have any ideas??

reboot your server. See if the modem is found after. set
to 2 sec answer. this worked for me today.
