Can not send or receive mail

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Verizon is my provider; ports appears
to be set correctly. Anti virus for email turned off. Error message is:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'Windows Mail', Server:
'incoming.verizon.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E.

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not fully compatible
with Windows Mail. For those, simply turning your antivirus 'off' is not
sufficient.
