Blue Screen Error Code 0x000000F4

Hard drive spins like crazy at startup. Eventually, the blue sceen comes up
with this code. Please help.

Wow, right up to speed, for sure. The OP has been waiting 3-1/2 years for
your reply. Rather than work forwards starting with really old posts, work
backwards and first address the most recent posts.
