Blue screen error message

Can anyone help me please, I am absolutely tearing my hair out.

I have windows 10 and keep getting a blue screen error message 'Stop code: KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED'

I have really tried but I'm not an expert and everytime I try and work out what to do.......error message pops up again and my computer shuts down and starts up again........so frustrating, please can anybody help me.
