Yesturday my computer could not communicate with the printer so i decided to
restart my computer to resolve the problem. When i tried to restart, windows
stopped responding just before the windows startup screen. The computer does
not restart automatically. It just freezes. I have to hit the restart or
power buttons on my pc for it to restart. When it restarts after that i
receive the "windows could not start successfully message" that gives me the
option to retart in safe mode, from the last known good configuration, or
normally. When i select normal restart or last known good configuration
windows freezes. When i try to restart in safe mode, i receive the blue
screen of death. The error on the blue screen is something like STOP:
0x000000F4 . Does anyone have any idea how to resolve this problem?
