Leaving school - 1979 (age 18) for me.. I dare floppy to reveal the year he left school.... when I left school the firemen were on strike and there were green goddesses on the street. Then went to what was the Coventry Polytechnic (now Coventry University) and met The Specials, UB40 and loads of other contemporary bands/acts...those were the days....

What was I doing in 1972? Doing a resident DJ spot at two venues weekly, had about three or four different daytime jobs that year as well, none of any particular importance, one of which was delivering smoked salmon in a van to London restaurants and rich old ladies living at Hyde Park Mansions.

Actually, it was a bad year for me, one of two 'lost' years, really. Drugs. If you really want to know. But that was a long time ago, I wised up pretty quick and I still here, so.....

Dear Floppy and Chris

OK guys.....born June 1961 in Essex (yes that makes me 43 - last week!), early school in Essex, to Leeds in 1969 with dad's job, Cov Univeristy 1979-1983 and worked 1983 to date in a job that cannot be revealed!! It gets far too many comments and it's best not to go there!!! Decent and honest though.

In 1972 - started Grammar School (convent with lots of nuns and some very strange thoughts I have to say!).

Married with 3 children 15, 15 and 10 - very happy - love life, people, their stories and experiences, Big Brother, work, computers, my kids, hubby etc....

That's me really.......
