After sp2..problems with MSN Messenger

I just upgraded to sp2.

I now notice I am having some problems with the Audio chat in MSN Messenger.
It seems that when I start an audio conversation now, my bandwidth is
getting destroyed to nothing...could this be some type of driver issue?
