a program running in the background-errors

Hey everyone I keep getting an error message about
something I'm not sure what it is or does. It called
Backweb client 16.1.0.153. Is it part of windows working
in the background or is it some strange outside program?
It also said something about a media player and one of
the logo's is a "Sprite"-ghost...
