IE6 Toolbar won't stay where I put them!!

I have a google toolbar and yahoo companion toolbar that
I put in my IE6 toolbar area, then I move them the way I
want them and take out the toolbars that I don't want.
Like links and HP view. The problem is that after I
reboot the system, the toolbar for IE6 is right back to
where I began and I have to run through the whole process
again. Thank to anyone that can help.
