IE6 toolbar

Does anyone know why the toolbar in IE6 will not lock? If
I have to reboot the toolbar(View>toolbars>etc..)will go
back to the way it was when I bought the computer. I
cannot get the links bar to stay, it always collapses
back to the Links> view. Any help is appreciated.

Do you have a program called autotkit loading at startup - if so, disable it with msconfig. I know this is a problem on HP PC's; I'm not sure about other manufacturers.
