Zone Levels in IE XP SP2

I have Windows XP SP2 and trying to customize each of the
Zones for Internet Explorer for security. I added sites I
wanted to the Restricted Zone. What Level should I have
for the Restricted Zone and Trusted Sites, High or Low?

In addition, what sites do you think is safe for a small
office and home office network where users come and go
and get onto the Internet? Should I only allow websites
from Microsoft only?

IE won't let me add sites to the Trusted Zone. When I try
to add a Zone, it tells me that sites added to the zone
requires the https prefix to ensure a secure connection.

Go to Internet Properties > Security, select Trusted Sites, click Sites
button, uncheck "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in
this zone.
