Restricted Zone icon changed

My restricted Zone is screwed up. Somehow the icon has changed...also only
the slider is active...custom levels are not available and the Sites button
is inactive. A new Zone was created from somewhere that has customized
settings but the custom settings button is inactive, there is no
slider....but the sites button is active with no sites in the zone.

It seems like I remember there being a way to rebuild IE?

I should mention that I have uninstalled the IE7 beta.

Uh-oh.

If running System Restore* does not resolve the situation for you, then your
only choice now is to format your PC and install Windows anew. You will not
be able to install any future builds of IE7 while Beta 2 Preview is
installed, nor will you be able to run a Repair Install of XP.

*You will need a Restore Point which predates the install of any build of
IE7 Beta.
