Trusted Sites Zone

I am interested in disabling "Active Scripting" for my internet security
settings...in order to have certain sites run scripts they must be in the
"Trusted Sites Zone"

Exporting the registry key and manually adding trusted sites is
ridiculous...as is going to IE tools -> IE options -> Sec Tab -> trusted
sites and then adding them.
This is especially true if the End User doesnt know what sites need to be
added and must add them on the fly.

Is there are IE Plug-in / Fix / RegHack that enables a "toolbar button" or
perhaps a "right-click" feature to add websites to the "Trusted Zone" or even
the "Restricted Zone"?

This would be QUITE a FEATURE to build a quick DB or Trusted/Restricted sites.

Also, I noticed the registry key is for the local user and has the SID
buried in the key. Is there a way to set a global "trusted zone" for all
users? on a domain?

Web Accessories for Internet Explorer 5:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/previous/webaccess/default.mspx

On that page there's an IE 5 web acc. tweak app. It seems to work just fine
for IE 6.x here on an XP system.
