Trusted Sites in IE for MS CHAT

I'm starting to add websites to the Restricted Sites and
Trusted Zones. When I go to the Microsoft Expert Zone
Chat it keeps prompting me with Security Warnings and I
don't understand what sites I have to add to avoid these
type of warnings and login to the Chat room.

What websites do I add in the Trusted Zone? What do I
enter?
