"trusted sites" unavailable

IE 6 SP2
I had a lot of spyware on the computer. I think I have removed most of it.

I have no access to the "sites" button in IE's Security tab / "trusted
sites" area.

There are some entries in my HJT log that I cannot delete, using HJT.


How do I get rid of ?:
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.frame.crazywinnings.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.static.topconverting.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.frame.crazywinnings.com (HKLM)
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.static.topconverting.com (HKLM)
