Unable to Add website address to Trusted Sites

I have been unable to add a website address to Trusted Sites. I receive a
message stating this one already exists in another zone. However when I
check the other zones, this website address is not found. I have also check
to make sure that no other variations of this website address exist in other
zones and none do. I have tried to enter other variations of this website
address to see if I could get it to work, but it still does not. However I
am able to enter in other website addresses into Trusted Sites, but I can not
enter this specific website address. What can I do to fix this?
