Allowing ActiveX controls to run for trusted websites

hi,

Using IE6, I'm wondering if I can allow an ActiveX control to be
executed without having the browser prompt a warning. I want to do
this for a specific website, perhaps one which has been added as a
Trusted Site.

Possible?

Thanks!

You want your ActiveX Control to run on other users' machines without a
warning??

I'm sorry, here's what I'm trying to accomplish:

-Take a website, say: http://appserver/access.html, or a webpage
launched directly from the file system, c:\webpage\access.html
-This website will only be accessed through the intranet or local
network drives
-I want to execute an ActiveX control within the access.html page
without naggin the users with a warning.
-I only want to disable the warnings for this particual webpage, not
the rest of the Internet.

Thanks!

See this article for possible help:

Executing files by hyperlink and the File Download dialog box in Internet
Explorer

Mainly deals with executable files, but also mentions ActiveX controls and
how they can be packaged and distributed safely without security prompts.
