ZIP capabilities of XP Pro have vanished?

I have several installations of XP Pro. I'm starting to realize that several of my installations do *not* have windows built-in zip functions. That is, SendTo Zip & Create New Compressed Folder are no longer present in pop-up menus

Is there a method of re-enabling these functions? Not sure if another app or something else have disabled these functions....?

Try this: going to Start > Run and typing
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\zipfldr.dll

Hope this helps
