I'm getting the same error and have tried tthe suggestion to make changes to
the registry. I upgrade from ME. Now I'm getting other errors like I cannot
access my search (I get a blank frame), get blank screens when using
"Messenger" cannot read responses. I was able (as far as I know) to delete
Norton Anti Virus 2003, but when I tried to re-install, software said I had
a problem and installion was halted.
