Anyone experienced a similar problem?

I have upgraded my OS-from ME to XP, and since that upgrade I have been
unable to Snyc, my Palm with my PC. I receive an error message 1606; Could
not access Network Location\Documents & Settings\Chris H\Send To.

I have tried to uninstall the Palm software and I receive the same error
message.

If you are using the IR port to sync, it probably won't work with
Windows 2000/XP. As Microsoft changed the communications with the IR and
it broke with the Palm. What Palm model it this anyway? And what Palm OS
are you running? And if not with the IR port, which port? Like USB or
serial ports?
