I don't know what type of work you do but you need to put periods at the end
of your sentences.

If you can get into Safe Mode, try System Restore? Use various Restore
Points until yuo find a good one.

You said 'i have tries everything even restarting with a previous workable
settings
and nothing happened". Are you talking about "Last Known Good Configuration"
or
Safe Mode with various restore points????

Did you try to Uninstall program using Add/remove programs in Control Panel?

Please try to type your messages with correct capitalization and
punctuation. It makes them much easier to read, and when messages are
hard to read very often people will just skip over them without
bothering to make the effort to read them, as there are always many
other messages that are properly typed to read and respond to.

Try using Start - Run - MSCONFIG and go to the BOOT.INI tab.
Make certain that the checkbox for the /SAFEBOOT item is clear. If it
is not then click on it to clear it and then click on Apply and OK as
needed to exit.

Good luck
