Windows 7 PC Stuck in Safe Mode

Can someone please help, I have a pc that is stuck in safe mode and won't load Windows, Ithe only option I have is command prompt. My question is how do I get it out of safe mode using command prompt

hit ctrl-alt-delete
click on task manager
Click on the file menu title
Select New Task (Run..)
type in msconfig
click okay
Select Normal Startup under the General Tab.
Click Okay

Click Restart now


good luck, if that fails, try ... Win7 repair or Startup Repair

I can't use anything but command prompt if I go out of there I get a Black screen

Type msconfig into the command prompt
and go from there as instructed above

No that did not work it said
Msconfig is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch.
