Outlook Outlook 365 keeps starting in safe mode

Good day

Every time I start Outlook365 it asks if i would like to go into safe mode. I press no and it starts normally. Why is it doing this? All add-ins are enabled. Office has been un-installed and re-installed. Help please.

When you uninstalled then re-installed, did you re-create the account profile (i.e. set up mail servers, etc...)? Or did it re-use old settings?

Could you please check in Event Viewer and see if there are any errors (likely listed under Windows Logs > Application) at the time you open Outlook. If there are any errors listed relating to Outlook, please copy/paste them here and I'll have a look and see what is going on.

It may be worth re-creating your outlook profile and see if that helps - just be 100% sure you have a backup of your e-mails. There's a good guide on this here: https://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/newprofile.htm

You could also try the Outlook repair wizard and see if that helps - there's one specifically for O365:
