I've been using SAGE Accounts and MS Office for years, sending invoices, remittance advices, statements, etc. by email via Outlook. In October the emails stopped being transferred to Outlook and the SAGE programme hangs. SAGE support have spent ages on this and both programmes have been uninstalled and reinstalled (extremely tedious) but now they say its an "environment issue" - anyone got any ideas where I would start to try and identify and resolve an "environment issue" .... ?
