Office 2013 PP requires Safe Mode to run excl. Outlook

I recently did a reinstall of Office 2013 Pro Plus.
Excluding Outlook which runs fine I can only run its applications using it's safe mode.
A mate in IT said it could be a conflict from an Add-in/Apl.
I can't find any so has anyone experiencing this and what was the solution?

Can you investigate you Error Log Event Viewer to see if Office is throwing an exceptions when you try to launch the app? Let us know if anything shows up and then copy the details as a text and post them here so we can help.
