Outlook turn OFF track changes in Office 365 ms outlook

Hello,

I can't find a way to turn OFF 'track changes' in my outlook (office 365), if I want to make ANT changes to an email I am forwarding or in any other format other than creating an original email, it AUTOMATICALLY puts my name in parenthesis, if I delete and retype, it does it again, and again, and again...

I've read other forums that make a suggestion, but the first step is to go to 'tools'...I do not have this option.

Help - this is a MASSIVE frustration and time sucker!
