XP not accessable by other user of same PC

Having loaded and registered XP under my windows password
none of the other users of the computer can access XP from
their own profiles how can I rectify this?

Use your account to delete the users and create new ones as it appears their
accounts are corrupted.

If they have files in their user accounts, check the following for
