I am running the fax that is in XP but i can only send one sheet on each fax

How are you "running the fax"?

*Don't* start by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Fax >
Send a Fax.

Just open your multi-page document in any application that can do so,
and print it, choosing "Fax" as your printer. The Fax Wizard will then
open and you can enter the name, fax phone, and cover page info and then
send the fax.

The MS web interface, never very easy to use, seems particularly flaky today.
You should really access the newsgroups using a newsreader. Outlook Express
is built-in to Windows XP.
