would not delete

i would like to know why it is that when i go to control panel and try to
remove a program from my computer that it either is not responding or i am
getting some stupid message that i cannot delete it please i need some help

Often, reinstalling the program will allow the uninstall to run.

details. What program are you trying to "delete" ? What
exactly is the "stupid" message ?

Maybe the uninstalling program is damaged.
You may reinstall it and try to uninstall it again.
