Word Word 2007 PDF query

How do I publish to PDF non-sequential pages from a Word 2007 document? I can PDF e.g. pages 6-9, but I want to PDF pages 6 and 9 into one PDF document. Publishing a selection only works for a single selection, not multiple selections. My OS is Windows 7.
