I UPGRADED TO WMP9 AND EVER SINCE THEN IT SHOWS THAT THE
CD IS PLAYING BUT THERE IS NO SOUND COMING OUT. SOUND
COMES OUT ON EVERY THING ELSE. ALSO, I CANNOT ACCESS THE
WMP TO CHANGE SKINS OR ANY OTHER OPTION AT ALL. PLEASE
HELP.

How do you mean that you can't access WMP to change skins? What happens
when you try?
