Wizard windows mail

every time i tried to respond an email takes me to the wizard windows mail
and ask me for my ISP and POP3 and dont know where to get them from.. any
suggestions please.

It would be helpful if you disclosed what your normal email method is.
Exactly what are you doing when you try to respond to an email?
 
Also, what email provider are you trying to use? Many people choose
their internet providers as their email providers also, since many
internet accounts include one or more email accounts.
