wireless mystery

Hello all,

I have a wireless Linksys router that my fiance uses to
get on internet. For a while everything worked flawlessly
and now for about 10 day she cannot use Outlook. the
first page with her emails opens and then it sits there
for ever and she has to force quit. Her interent browser
continues to work fine. We did not change anything. Any
idea, suggestion would be appreciated.

Have her close Outlook and find and rename outcmd.dat to .old. (If she is
using Windows 2000 or XP, ensure she enables searching hidden and system
folders.)

Reopen Outlook and everything should work fine.
