Winmail stops working?

Hi,
Winmail starts ok, but after say 5mins it will not send or receive mail? The
only way to achieve this seems to be to close the programme and start it up
again?The same happens agin after a few minutes? Any Suggestions? Am
operating on Windows Vista and am free trialing Norton for 3 mths.

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. Also exclude EML
files from the scan. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Besides that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail and
Outlook Express and should be uninstalled.
