Windows Xp Startup Crash Please HELP

after i installed sp1 i did a manual restart
now when i get to the windows xp loading screen, the
screen before the boot screen and login screen, it crashes
can anybody please help me?

Boot the machine into recovery console. Use the CD command to change to the
$NTServicePackUninstall$ directory. Change to the SPUNINST folder and run
the command: BATCH spuninst.bat
