WINDOWS XP CRASHING?

I have windowsXP Home Edition in my Computer. Last night I
tried many times to go on Line and not suceeded.

it said administrator changed the registry.

So I got my WXP cd and try to reinstall it again.

It goes up to the part Installing Devices and says 39
minutes left and declines to 34 minutes and then crashes,
and the computer start again and same think happens,

How can I reinstall Windows XP or unistall it?

You want to do a CLEAN install - erase everything on it and start like the
day you got it?
