XP CRASH AND REINSTALL

My comp would get to the desktop in starting window XP.
Then it would crash and restart, same thing...crash
restart. A friend suggested I reload XP. Always worked
in 98. When I tried to reload it, it got past the
restart, at about 38 minutes left. Then at 34 minutes it
will flash a blue screen with alot of writing on it,(can't
read it, it's too fast), and restart again. Now I'm stuck
in this loop.....HELP

do you have a boot disk? If so, use it. format that bad daddy and reload
the right way.
that oughta do it.
