WINDOWS XP CRASH

UNABLE TO OPEN WINDOWS I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE.."WINDOWS CANNOT OPEN FILE
TFTP2020 AND/OR TFTP944...I THINK I CRASHED ..
PLEASE HELP ME.

Can you tell me if you're running Windows XP Service Pack 2 or not? And
also if you could write down the exact error message as it's displayed?
