Hi,
My windows update is not working when I launched from the
Control Panel, I get the error: "Page cannot be
displayed". But when I launched from IE with the
following address:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp,
works perfectly.
The address that Windows update from control panel is
trying to fins seem to be
http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?
prd=Win2000&ar=WinUpdate .
Once the Control panel window gets the appearance of IE
window, I try to rich any other valid web address and I
get the same result: "Page cannot be displayed", but if
try the same address directly in IE I can reach it.
So seem to be a Problem when the control panel adopt the
IE Interface/functionality.
Can some body help me with this?
