i am not able to write or creat a new key and i have tried changing the
permissions
so what should i do next to get pass the problems.

Double check the permissions upstream of the insert point.

Before you create that key it would be a good idea
to create a fresh System Restore point just in case.

if upstream if you mean the main folder that sub folders are in i did and it
did not change anything.

 

[Bob I]

Check permissions each step up. And if that still doesn't work, perhaps
you are dealing with some software that is interfering and "protecting"
it's key?
