windows mixed up

when openning win xp hotmail ,wind 98 hotmail page appears
instead of the usual wind xp hotmail page
 
Hotmail has nothing to do with what OS you use. It will look the same on
matter what OS or computer you are using. are you sure you mean Hotmail?
