Windows Messenger

Following some confusion concerning WM, MSN Messenger and Netmeeting I find
that WM has gone from my Programs Menu. If I am called the background
program notifies me and I can accept the call - but I cannot find out how to
instigate a call (no icon appears in the system tray at startup, only if I
am called and accept).

How do I get Windows Messenger back onto my programs menu?

Many thanks. Sorry to be a pain, but how do I get that address into the
Start Menu? Under W98 and before I could right-click on the taskbar and
maintain the menu - this doesn't work under XP!
